Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
The police came to my work looking for my Ex boyfriend. The answers I gave didn't satisfy. So they arrested me on an eleven year old Driving on a suspended license warrant, I pleaded them to at least inform my supervisor, that they were taking me in. The Sgt. told my boss that I had killed someone!!!??? Just to insure I would lose my job. Is this legal?
