Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

Profanity & Obscenity in Night Clubs

Are there any laws governing EXCESSIVE obscene & profane speech in public places, particularly nightclubs? Could you please direct me to a research source for such laws? Thank you very much.

If you are offended by profane and obscene speech heard in a particular nightclub or nightclubs, may I respectfully suggest you refrain from visiting the establishment(s). You can search California law at www.leginfo.ca.gov .
