Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

Release of claims??

I am not sure what it is called, the

form I need that is.....

If I am to film a person for their

advice and opinon on a topic, and

later use it online for a positive

aspect, what form or caluse do I

need for them to do it for free and

also waive all rights for any

compensation or anything like that??
