Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

My school is in swim unit. I don't swim for many reasons. They mark you down even if you dress out in PE clothes. In order to make this up they make you go to after school PE make up. I don't have time for this and was wondering if there is a legal way i could get out of this with out swiming or going to PE make-up. A parent can only get you out of it for 3 days. There has to be some legal way to get out of this that i can bring up.

Are any of your "many reasons" not to swim medical? If not, you have to meet the school's requirements. The law does not offer you a way to get requirements waived when you don't qualify for a waiver.
