sex offenders
California is again trying to impose more punishment on families - enough is enough. There is a proposal to have sex offenders have special tags on cars making them and their family�s targets. This continued harassment by the government needs to stop can you help? I am a professional and driving in a marked car is not an option - nor is not driving with my children. I wish to file something - years of added restrictions and stress - no wonder some people just give up. Nothing left but a scarlet letter tattoo.

Who is sponsoring this bill? You need to find out who is sponsoring this bill. I don't know how this bill will pass constitutional muster. But, again, the first thing to do is find out who is sponsoring this bill & go from there.
