I sent my idea of a cell phone to an internet inventor and here comes The Shine. I have paper work they sent me to sign but didn't cause I couldn't afford it. Is there anything I do?

I assume from your question that you feel this internet inventor took your idea and sold it to LG or someone else? If that is the case, you may have a claim.
