Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California
I am writing a report for my University that is geared towards a movie that has some kind of political interest. The movie that I chose was The Law Abiding Citizen. In this report I am suppose to get in touch with a lawyer and ask a few questions regarding political view points. So if you could answer a couple of these questions it would be much appreciated.
-How would one challenge the justice system?
-What ways would you go about challenging the justice system?
-What are some of the different occurrences where individuals/groups have challenged the justice system?
-What is the usual outcome when people challenge the justice system?
Thank you again.

You have posted the same question, without the introduction, twice already and it was rejected both times because it is much too vague. Your new intro explains *why* you are asking the question, but it still doesn't clarify *what* you're asking.
I haven't seen The Law Abiding Citizen, but I gather it's about a man wrongly convicted of killing his family who then goes about murdering the people who set him up. If that's the sort of challenge you have in mind then lawyers have no useful insights to give you.
I am disappointed in Mr. Hoffman and Mr. Stone. Your question violates the terms of use of this site and should have been rejected again. Posting homework assignments is expressly prohibited. Stop posting.
Mr. McCormick's answer surprises me. He knows that it is too late for a lawyer to reject a question if another lawyer has already answered it. I was actually going to reject yours (having already rejected one of your prior submissions), but Mr. Stone got here first. I'm not sure why Mr. McCormick feels it was wrong for me to add my comments but OK for him to add his.
Besides, neither Mr. Stone's answer nor mine would likely be of much help to you in your assignment. Mr. McCormick's won't be either, but that's just another way in which his answer is like the ones he criticizes.
Fwiw, your prior submissions didn't say this was a homework assignment and were rejected for other reasons.
