Legal Question in Construction Law in California

1967 Ceb reference location

There is a reference in Markborough v. Sup Ct. 227 CA3rd 705 to a CEB Review of Selected 1967 Code Legislation. This concerns the enactment of Civil Code 2782. I've done all the Legislative Intent History, but I need to find that review, and would like to do so online if possible. Any ideas?

This is the kind of thing I'd expect to find in a county law library. Call the librarian.

Failing that, remember that CEB (Continuing Education of the Bar) is a joint venture of the University of Calif. and the State Bar. Either of those organizations as well as CEB itself may be able to assist you.

Finally, large law firms, especially those in Sacramento that deal with legislative matters would probably have copies and might make them available for your copying.
