I assume you're talking about a preliminary or prelien notice. I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say "what notice would you file after you have filed a 20 day notice."
Are you asking what the next step is if someone hasn't paid you? If so, the next step is to record a mechanic's lien. Remember, though, that a mechanic's lien is just one of several remedies available to contractors.
