Re: Abstract of Judgement
Usually, interest is charged not from the date you receive the abstract, but from the date the judgment is entered until paid in full.

Re: Abstract of Judgement
Interest accrues form the date of entry of judgment at the rate of 10% per year. Accrual of interest has nothing to do with the abstract of judgment. The abstract creates a lien on any real property that the judgment debtor in the county where the abstract is recorded.
