Legal Question in Construction Law in California
We had a bathroom remodeled June 2014... By march 2015 we noticed that water was leaking into our bedroom and causing mold to grow. Contractor said that we had a slab Leak but we had home warranty come out and they blocked our drain and then filled the shower with water 20 minutes later there was water still leaking in our room. Said that there was something leaking in the pan. But contractor says he did nothing wrong. Mean while we paid $12k for new bathroom that we haven't used in over a year,
