Legal Question in Construction Law in California

California Twenty (20) Day Preliminary Notice

Is there any recourse when you Contractor has indicated that a job is complete and you have sent a signed Unconditional Final and the Contractor then continues to use your services as a supplier on the same jobsite? Can I Prelim the job again? Please advise as soon as you can because this is very time sensitive. Thank you so much.

Your unconditional release should have been dated and only applies through that date. Send out the new prelien immediately.
