Legal Question in Construction Law in California
My city acquired residential properties next to my house they plan to install an 8ft block wall on the property line, which run just a few inches from the side of my house. Also, they say they will relocate my utilities for access... What are my rights any help thanks

Some of it depends on zoning laws. Others depend on the history of the boundary, and tax issues, and other factors. Your rights depend on whether you are willing to stick up for them.
