hi, I am a union craftsman and certified welder. I am

starting to do little misellaneous jobs involving welding

etc. I would like a liability release form that I will have

my client sign that removes me of ANY liabilities

whatsoever including prop damage, and.. if they wanna

help and happen to get something in the eye etc.

Thanks,

Re: complete liability release

That question is far more complicated than you might realize. There are statutes that limit how much risk you can shift as a contractor. Sole liability may not be shifted. There are other questions: If someone is "helping" you, is that person an employee? An independent contractor? There are legal definitions and different answers depending upon the relationship. Does what you're doing require a contractor's license? It sounds like it. If so, the law won't allow you to shift certain types of risk to homeowners. I'm afraid that you're going to have to stroll down to the local lawyer's office and lay out everything you want. A complete answer isn't going to be found in a paragraph or two.
