Construction Warranty
When is the earliest point that a construction warranty will begin? Beneficial occupancy vs. Acceptance by the owner vs. Notice of Completion?

Re: Construction Warranty
Generally, the warranty will commence upon issuance of the certificate of occupancy by the local municipality with jurisdiction over the project, UNLESS the contract specifies otherwise.
