Contractor did not pay supplier for materials used on my home. what do i do?

Well the first thing you do is contact the contractor and find out if there is any legitimate reason they did not pay. If not, and you have paid the contractor in full, file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board and file a claim on the contractor's bond. The bonding company that issued the license bond can be found on the CSLB website's license check pages. The bonding company will be listed with the license information for your contractor.
