Legal Question in Construction Law in California
Contruction Fraud
Our contractor was supposed to complete the addition to our home in three months per the written contract. He has exceeded that time limit by 9 months and is no where near completion, but has taken the bulk of the money. He has baited us on the entire time. He owns his own home.
