filing on contractor's bond

can the bonding company be sued by individual filing complaint against contractor - for bad faith and fraud. Report submitted by bonding company was factually erroneousl and drafted to protect contractor. Bonding company refused to consider the facts.

Well when someone makes a claim on a bond, usually the bond company will research the matter and make a determination. If you made the claim, you might have some input. Records should be available. You might sue them if they breached their duty or violated the law by failing to consider evidence. How much money is at issue? Email me if you want my help.
