Home Depot Is Tring To Get Over On Us!

REmodeled Kitchen $17,000.They were foung by a thrid party investigatos they hired along with there companys insurance and they want to offer a settlement of $926.40 For water damages,mold,sluggs,spiders warp/discolored cabinets,loss of food,dishes,space ETC. This has been ongoing for @ 3 1/2 years know what should we do.We did not accept the settlement.HELP!

You need to hire an attorney to help you with this one. It sounds like there may be a lot of complicated issues and such. I would definitely not accept $900 for a $17K or more claim. You really need counsel and I need many more facts to make a recommendation.
