I need to know the law on California Mobile Home additions and remodeling. What we can do to increase then size of or mobile home

First, you'd need to know whether the "mobile" home in question is still considered a "vehicle" or has become real estate. This will determine whether the Vehicle Code or real-estate laws will apply. Generally, a mobile home becomes real property rather than a vehicle when it is attached more or less permanently to the ground. Beyond that, local laws and zoning regulations are likely to apply, so, inquiry with your particular city of county would be required.
