Limitations of Contract Documents
Is there a limit on the length of time that a subcontractor would need to keep plans for each project?

Re: Limitations of Contract Documents
No minimum or maximum of which I am aware. However, the Statute of Limitations for concealed defects is ten years; you might want to keep the plans for that time limit to have some documentation if such a claim should arise after the project is complete. For your reference, the statute on a written contract is four years after breach and two years on an oral contract. Hope that this is some help. Call me if any qauestions
