Mechanic's lien

How do I forclose on a mechanic's lien? How long do I have to wait after filing a lien to do this? thanks

You must file a complaint to foreclose on the lien. You have 90 days from the date the lien was recorded.

Wow, that's a really broad question. It's like asking how do you practice law. I can only say that "foreclosing" is the same thing as suing. Generally, you must sue within 90 days of recording a mechanics lien. There are some somewhat narrow and unusual exceptions.
