If paralized from accident do u have to sue within a time limit or can it be done whenever

Dear Injured: Check the statute of limitations in your jurisdiction , since that will govern the specific time, after your injury, within which you MUST bring your action (lawsuit) or you will be forever barred!!!

You have one year for most personal injury to get a lawsuit on file or you lose the right to sue.
