i bought house .loan needed 3 year cert and garanty roof com. paid and gave both .......roof leak from day 1 ... (isnt it true he worrantys roof 3 years

Do you have a written agreement? if so, statute of limitations on written contract is 4 years. 2 years on oral agreement. notify contractor that you will be making claim to contractor's board and on his bond.
