How does a partnership between people in the construction business end? Is a letter enough from one of the partners or are certain forms needed and do these forms need to reported or filed somewhere?

Partnership agreements should have the procedure. If there is not a written agreement, then notice and in most cases an accounting is needed. Has the partnership been recorced with the Secretary of State or County Recorder? Call me directly at 16192223504.
