On a petition for decree to remove a mech.lien, in the section that says- Petitioner alleges:

You seem to be looking at some form that I don't have the benefit of being able to see. I looked at the list of official (Judicial Council) forms, and could not find any covering this subject. Maybe this is a local form for Alameda County. My best guess, and it's only a guess, is that the designer of the form wants you to fill in the legal description of the property. Often this is very lengthy and will require an attachment.
