What is the material supplier's suppliers right to a stop notice?

Persons eligible for a stop notice (at the right time, under the right circumstances) are the same persons eligible for mechanic's liens.
A materialman's materialman is not eligible for a mechanic's lien. See, for example, Phillips & Edwards Electric Corp. v. Shintaffer (1956) 143 Cal.App.2d 561. Therefore, a material supplier's supplier is not entitled to a stop notice.
