Legal Question in Construction Law in California
I have a retaining wall that is approximately 17 years old. Not long after construction it began to lean forward. I reached out to the contractor that built it but he did not respond. I have made several attempts over the years to get this guy to come look at the wall. Through the years the lean has increased. August 2023 I finally get this guy over to look at the wall. I have not heard from him since and he does not take my calls.
Is he responsible liable to fix my wall?
