Steps to filing a responsive pleading
...to the cross-complaint in interpleader. I have the Case Mgmt Stmt filled out. I know I need to submit it to the court & send a copy to the other party. But which do I do first?

Serve first, prepare a proof of service, and then file with the Court with proof of service.
