Legal Question in Construction Law in California
Im a tile contactor in san Diego,a customer was upset about some miscuts and chipped tiles. Doesnt she have to give me the opportunity to fix the mistakes before firing me?

No. Although if she tries to sue you for the cost of someone else doing the repairs, you will have a defense that she failed to mitigate her damages by just letting you fix it.
