Legal Question in Construction Law in California
Warranty condition
Limited Warranty states:
''THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE IF THE ONLINE PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM AT URL IS SUCCESSFULLY RECEIVED BY AMD WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT.''
Is this legal? Must I register the product on the Internet within 30 days to be covered by the warranty?

Re: Warranty condition
This would probably not apply to implied warranties but may apply to any express warranty. I would need more facts. I suggest you simply file the warranty within 30 days to be prudent.
