10 day sellers right to cancel
I bought a car like 3 weeks ago. They just called today saying they were unable to finance us. I know that they have ten days to cancel. so what are my rights after the ten day period? they want me to return the car, do i have to? thank you!

Re: 10 day sellers right to cancel
You do not have to return the car if it is beyond the 10 days. But, make sure that everything on your application is perfect. If they find one mistake, they can rescind the deal and you will have to return the car. If all is right with the application, then they will have to finance it themselves.
