Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

On 10/18/09 I purchased 3 tickets online to a play for 11/5/09. The computer indicated that the price for the ticket was $0.00 with a covenience fee of $5.00. I thought it was some kind of special ticket price becasue my receipt says "Single Tickets-Opening Night Single. I purchased three tickets. The seats are next to each other, but the system would only allow me to purchase them one at a time. I paid the service charges on three different credit cards and the $5.00 has been deducted from each card. I printed my receipts that instruct me to bring it to the box office when I pick up my tickets.

A message was left on my voicemail on 10/21/09 from a theatre personnel stating that there was a computer glitch and the tickets are actually $55.00 each. She states that she is holding my 3 tickets and I can purchase them for $55.00 each.

I'd like to know if the theatre is obligated to sale me the tickets at the price that the computer indicated and if not, what are my legal options?

I think you might have reason to stand your ground. Of course, by the time the small claims lawsuit winds its way through court, the play will long have moved on to another city. Of course, you could seek a refund of your $15, after you pay the court filing fee of $25 or more.
