Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I agree to pay $2000 for a total of 12 kitchen cabinets with a promise of delivery in one week. But after paying the $2000 and I come to pick up the cabinets the dealer told me it gonna take three weeks, I try to cancel the deal but they wouldn't refund. after arguing with my wife we agree to waite because the contractor already toss out our stove. when we receive the cabinet it doesn't fit and is only 11 cabinets. instead of getting refund for the 1 missing cabinet the dealer told me I still own them $248 because they gave me a bigger cabinet which is i don't need because it doesn't fit my kitchen. Should I pay them the $248 that they said I own or the contract should be void because they miss the delivery promise and missing 1 cabinet?

You probably don't have a right to cancel the deal for the two week delay, but they have to give you the cabinets they promised at the price agreed. Also, if it cost you any extra to the contractor or whatever because of this, they owe you for that.
