Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Auction Purchase
I was recently at an auction and ended up being the low bidder. Realized that I had erred on the model of the vehicle and advise auction that I had made a mistake so that they could enter it in teh auction. They are now suing me in small claims. Is there an provision in law that would allow me to back out (i.e. 12 hour period after purchase)? Please reference appropriate legal clause(s) and/or cases. Thanks
