Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Auto Finance Trouble
I bought a new truck on Oct 20th 2007 the dealer said they would be going through Chrysler Financial for my loan, 12 days later they called me and said they could not get financing and would have to change the terms. On the back of my contract it says they have a 10 day sellers right to cancel and that they have to send a written notice, it has been over 10 days and I have recieved no written notice. What are my rights and can I force them to stick to the agreed upon terms? Please help!

Re: Auto Finance Trouble
This is called the yo-yo sale scam. Have a lawyer write them a letter telling them to go pound sand. If they repo the car, you have a free lawsuit.
