Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Auto Financing
I recently co-signed on a bike for a friend. He has stopped paying for it and now i am dealing with collections. They said that it is illegal to finance a motorcycle through two finance companies. So now i don't know what to do. What can i do?

Re: Auto Financing
Not sure of the facts. You are responsible for payment if the individual you co-signed for does not pay. Do not understand the alleged "illegality" of having financed through two finance companies. Call to discuss. Don Holben 800-685-6950
