Auto mobile Deposit and Purchase
we placed a deposit on a car for the dealer to hold,he told us that since he received the deposit he could not sell the car,and if we change our mind we could not get our deposit back.the dealer turned around and sold the car. what can we do,and what is he required to do by law.can we sue him for the price of the car we were trying to purchase,or does he have to give us another car at that same price.
