Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Used Auto Purchase
Before buying my car I was told that it had 100k warrenty and that they would fix various items. The extended warrenty offered by the dealership wasnt even offered. I was just told to sign decline. I took my car into BMW to get service done on it and was told there was no warrenty. Is this a breach of contract and can I get my money back?

Re: Used Auto Purchase
It may be, but you have to prove what they told you. That will be difficult, if not impossible.

Re: Used Auto Purchase
If you signed "decline" your contract did not include a warranty.
