thank you , my work van went in to be repaired after I hit somebody , they told me 2 or 3 weeks for the time to do repairs . now it is done but it took over 3 months . the entire time telling me just a couple more days or a couple more weeks after 12 weeks my 500 dollar deductable had been used to survive . they wont release the van without $500 and the bank is calling for my payment of $460 , the van is everything to my business and all my savings and all the credit that took years to establish are gone as 2 or 3 weeks slowly grew into a 12 week nightmare.do you have any advice , thanks , Curt

Why was your car in the shop for so long? Was it an insurance company delay or a delay from the body shop? And was the delay reasonable? If you know why it was delayed, you may have a claim against someone. However I doubt you can do anything with this.
