Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
Bad sale
I went to a dealership to lease a car and I ended up walking out of there after realizing that what was on the printed legal contract was not what I was promised. Now, a week later, I am getting prank calls from the very same sales person. They called me about 19 times in a roll. They even left me a pretty disturbing message. Of course they do have a lot of my personal information after I applied for the leasing terms. How should I proceed with this situation?
Also I'm not sure if I chose the right AREA OF LAW. If I didnt choose the right area please address me to the right area.
Thank you.

Re: Bad sale
KEEP THE MESSAGES!
And, if you can find ways to diary the calls and prove that they were from the dealership or employees, you will have no trouble finding a lawyer to assist you. Look for your call records. Do NOT record the phone calls.
You can either press criminal charges or bring a civil lawsuit, or both.
Re: Bad sale
You say there is a disparity between the deal that was promised and the terms on the paper. How much of a disparity? How many of the terms were changed? Does the paper version favor you or the dealership?
