Bank Error Destroyed my Credit
A bank error resulting in $1000's in ''fees'' and ruined our credit score. We now pay the highest interest rates for mortgages, cars, etc. I sued in small claims for the reversal of 'fees' and won the maximum allowed. I would like to sue in Civil Court for the actual damages I am paying in the high interest, stress, medical bills. Is this possible?
