Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
not getting billed for services for 10 months
I had a landscape architect redo my front yard. Estimate was around 6k but we added work along the way so I'm not sure of the end amount. I have paid 2k of it but can't get the guy to send me a bill. The guy is a big flake (no met timelines, etc) but we love the yard but this work was done over 10 months ago and the bill hangs over my head. I've called him, emailed etc. What can I do short of just sending some money?

Re: not getting billed for services for 10 months
Why don't you put the money in a separate bank account and forget about it for now. STOP BEGGING TO PAY HIM. He knows where to find you if he wants to send a bill.
It's admirable of you to try so hard to pay your bill but enough is enough.
