Legal Question in Consumer Law in California

I took my BMW vehicle to a BMW dealership for repairs. They mad the repairs, I paid a large amount of money. 4 days later, I have the same problems. Whatever they repaired did not solve my problem. I spoke to the BMW Service Advisor and he made it seem like tough luck, we repaired it and it worked for 4 days.

The reason why I took my car there and was willing to pay the over prices labor and parts fee is because they are the experts and have the diagnostic tools.

What can I do? Please help.

Contact the district office. A dissatisfied BMW owner is not good public relations.
