Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I have a bone in my burger will chewing then they replace it and happen again when to counter they only refund me my money said that was the meat provider problem i am not happy and i had stuck a piece of bone in my teeth .

If it caused a hospital visit, you may have a claim. If not, you may have watched too many movies about what your "rights" are.
If you weren't hurt, you have no damages.
