Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I bought my car at a used car dealership on April 4, and have had to pay for numerous reparations on it since. Can I file a small claims case against the dealership, suing them for the amount I paid for the car and/or the amount I paid for the repairs?

Typically a used care is sold "as is" and you have no right to expect the car to be perfect.
