Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
If I bought a car on Dec. 4th and received a notice in the mail Dec. 19th, doesn't that mean the 10 day time period has expired? The notice was sent through regular mail, no certified mail involved. I have not received a phone call or email stating at the 10th day that the want the car back due to no one wanting to finance me.

The applicable date for the 10 days would be th edate on the postmark, not the date of receipt. I suspect that this has already been resolved. If not please call my office tomorrow for more information.
Good luck
