Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I bought a car 4 months ago as is and now the transmisissin needs work i want to return the car and get some money back what can i do. i already put in like $200 of my own money to try fixing it but its one problem after another. i filed a complaint to the BBB regarding there service.

Unless you got some type of warranty, you are up the creek without any paddle. You are stuck with a bad purchase. Good luck.
