Legal Question in Consumer Law in California
I bought a dog from a breeder in California and she promised AKC papers but hasn't yet sent them. It has been almost 4 months since I bought the dog and she keeps having excuses. Do I have any legal recourse. I live about 60 miles from her. I have a bill of sale and several e-mails with her excuses and saying she will send them.

If she represented that in writing you have a good case. If her representation was only oral you will have a hard time suing her in small claims court.
