bought item over the internet and never received?
i bought a pair of sunglasses on ebay,paid for them $200.00
and never received what actions can i take towards this seller,that will not answer emails. thank you

Your best bet is to go through Ebay's insurance. 200 not worth it to get an attorney. Ebay reimburses upto 200. Good luck
